X Poker Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the X Poker platform — including the website, games, or related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with X Poker's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the X Poker platform immediately. Continued use following any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

To become a member and use X Poker's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Must be a resident of Malaysia with a valid Malaysian mobile number.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or subject to any other restriction imposed by any authority or by X Poker itself.
• Not be acting on behalf of any third party or corporate entity when registering a personal account.

X Poker reserves the right to reject or terminate the membership of any individual who fails to meet the eligibility requirements above at any time, including where information provided during registration is found to be inaccurate or false.

Each X Poker member is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Holding more than one account — whether in your own name, a family member's, or any other party's — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Required information includes a valid Malaysian mobile number, an active email address, and any other personal details requested during the identity verification process. X Poker reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including in cases where your password is compromised due to your own negligence.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact X Poker's support team immediately.
• X Poker recommends activating two-factor authentication (2FA) for added account security.

X Poker will not transfer an account from one individual to another. All accounts are for the personal use of the registered owner only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party.

All financial transactions on the X Poker platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) only. X Poker does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

• ShopeePay
• FPX online banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other banks that support FPX)

The minimum deposit to your X Poker account is RM 30 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your X Poker account instantly upon payment confirmation. X Poker does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

For withdrawal of winnings, the minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request. Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 60 minutes depending on the chosen method and request volume at that time. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to an account verified in the name of the registered member.

Funds deposited into the X Poker platform do not accrue any interest. Members may not transfer funds between different X Poker accounts. Any funds credited in error due to a technical fault remain the right of X Poker to reclaim without prior notice.

X Poker offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, slot free spins, and special festive promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the relevant bonus offer.

General conditions that apply to all X Poker bonuses:

• Every bonus has wagering requirement that must be met before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed one time only by each new member. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once through multiple accounts constitutes fraud and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• Bonuses cannot be redeemed directly as cash. Bonus funds must first be used for wagering within the X Poker platform.
• X Poker reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was awarded in error or found to have been misused.
• The validity period of a bonus is stated in the specific bonus terms. Bonuses that are not used within the validity period will expire automatically.

X Poker reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses that have already been credited to a member's account prior to the change.

All games available on the X Poker platform — including slots, Live Casino games, table games, fishing games, Sports Betting, and more — have individual game rules that can be found in the help or game information section of each respective game.

General principles applicable to all games on X Poker:

• The outcome of all games is final once a round has been completed. No appeals will be accepted on the basis of a valid recorded result.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, X Poker will endeavour to restore the game session to its last recorded state. If restoration is not possible, any affected bets will be returned to the member's account.
• Winnings from progressive jackpot games will be verified before being credited. This process may take up to 72 hours.
• X Poker reserves the right to void bets or rounds that occur as a result of a software error or incorrect data, and to return the relevant funds to the member's account.

For Sports Betting, the odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet are the odds that apply. Any change in odds after confirmation will not affect bets that have already been accepted. Cancelled or incomplete events will be settled in accordance with the X Poker sports betting rules applicable to the sport in question.

As an X Poker member, you agree to use this platform lawfully, fairly, and ethically. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to play or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or interfere with the technical operations of the X Poker platform.
• Fraud in any form, including the use of another person's credit card or payment method without authorisation.
• Colluding with other members or game providers to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activities.
• Spreading false or misleading information about X Poker on any public platform.
• Making threats or using unlawful language against x poker support staff.

X Poker reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: violation of these terms, suspected fraud, regulatory compliance requirements, or at the member's own request.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, the funds in your account will be temporarily frozen while the investigation is ongoing. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the account will be reinstated and funds returned. If fraud or a breach of terms is confirmed, X Poker reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the funds in that account.

If you wish to voluntarily close your X Poker account, please contact our support team. Any legitimate balance in your account will be returned to you once all withdrawal conditions have been met and no investigations are pending.

Members who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gambling purposes may apply for self-exclusion via the account settings page or by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion is final for the selected period and cannot be reversed before it expires.

All content on the X Poker platform — including the trade name "X Poker", logos, interface design, software code, game content, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the property of X Poker or its respective licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are not permitted to:

• Copying, redistributing, or reproducing any content from the x poker platform without prior written permission.
• Using the X Poker name, logo, or brand for commercial or promotional purposes without authorisation.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the platform.

Using the X Poker platform does not grant you any ownership rights over X Poker's content or intellectual property. Any infringement of X Poker's intellectual property rights will be addressed in accordance with applicable laws.

To the extent permitted by law, x poker is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Financial losses resulting from legitimate game outcomes in accordance with the applicable game rules.
• Losses resulting from hacking or unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your password.
• Inaccuracies or delays in information displayed on the platform due to unforeseen technical issues.

X Poker's maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed your net deposits in the 30 days preceding the claim. X Poker makes no guarantee that the platform will be entirely free from errors or interruptions.

X Poker reserves the right to amend, add to, or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via their registered email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except for changes required by law or for platform security purposes, which may take effect immediately.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure you are always up to date with the latest conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last modified.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these terms or the use of the X Poker platform shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, through arbitration or a competent court in Malaysia.
